Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Training Logistics and Simulation (TLS) Capture and Advanced Concepts Strategy and Business Development Director to lead capture management, advanced concepts, business strategy, customer relationships, and talent development for the TLS line of business. The role coordinates with RMS and other business areas, develops CRAD orders and resource plans, drives new customer and application growth, and manages successful capture campaigns. Candidates must have demonstrated success leading competitive R&D and future-business captures, leading senior talent, developing cross-functional teams, and building customer and industry relationships; extensive travel is required. The salary range is $180,000 to $325,000, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
