AECOM is hiring a Capture Management Lead for its Water Strategy & Growth team to lead enterprise-level critical pursuits in the water sector, typically involving £25m or more in revenue. The role owns capture and positioning strategy, pursuit governance, bid planning, client relationships, competitive analysis, pipeline development, and win-rate improvement, while collaborating with global and regional teams and supporting technical, marketing, and commercial functions. It requires relevant qualifications, leadership experience with complex multi-disciplinary pursuits, a proven record of leading strategic pursuits, sales and client-value capabilities, and water-industry experience; the position offers hybrid work options and travel as required.
