AECOM is hiring a Capture Management Lead for its Water Strategy & Growth team to lead enterprise-level critical pursuits in the water sector, typically involving £25m or more in revenue. The role owns capture and positioning strategy, pursuit governance, bid planning, client relationships, competitive analysis, pipeline development, and win-rate improvement, while collaborating with global and regional teams and supporting technical, marketing, and commercial functions. It requires a relevant degree, leadership experience in critical pursuit strategy, a record of leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex opportunities, sales and client-value skills, and relevant water-industry experience; the position offers hybrid work options and travel as required.
