Description
The Capture Manager, International Sustainment, leads proposal and agreement activities for production and legacy helicopter systems, including aftermarket products, training, logistics, engineering, license agreements, product improvements, and aircraft modifications. The role owns the capture process from customer request through contract, coordinates cross-functional teams, develops proposals and pricing strategies, manages schedules and risks, supports negotiations and closing, and maintains capture data in a CRM. It requires a BA/BS degree with 8+ years of professional experience or 6 years with a related master's degree, along with cross-functional leadership, communication, business-finance, pricing, and Microsoft Office skills.
