Nava is hiring a Capture Manager to lead contract capture for state solutions, managing opportunities from pre-RFP strategy through award. The role sits in the Business Development team and focuses on mission-aligned digital transformation work for government agencies, including market shaping, strategic positioning, competitive analysis, proposal development, and account/capture planning. The position is remote-first and open only to candidates in specified U.S. states, requires strong GovCon and federal proposal experience, familiarity with AI tools, and knowledge of cloud, DevSecOps, and related government IT domains.
