Description
The Capture Manager leads contract-capture efforts for defense, government, and OEM opportunities, developing market analysis, capture strategies, plans, and customer and internal presentations. The role collaborates with AAR’s functional staff, business units, defense contractors, prime contractors, and OEMs to create cost-effective support and sustainment strategies, while maintaining compliance and ethical standards. Candidates need five years of related defense or defense-industry experience, knowledge of Shiply Capture and Proposal Management, the ability to obtain up to Top Secret clearance, and a master’s degree or equivalent education and experience. The position offers a base salary of $150,000 to $165,000 annually, a bonus, and medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance.
