BI&A is hiring a Capture Manager to own multiple IC and DoW contract pursuits, develop win strategies, lead large capture teams, create compliant proposals, engage government stakeholders, and manage capture budgets. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 15+ years of related experience, sustained success winning large prime contracts, knowledge of federal acquisition vehicles, and an active TS/SCI clearance. It is a hybrid position based in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, with 3–4 days onsite, and offers a pay range of $190,000 to $240,000.
