Description
The Capture Manager leads assigned federal business capture efforts from opportunity qualification through contract award, developing strategies that integrate customer understanding, competitive intelligence, solution development, pricing, operations, staffing, proposal planning, and transition considerations. The role collaborates across Endurion's Growth organization, assesses pursuit health and risks, supports proposal readiness, and drives continuous improvement of capture processes. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of progressive federal business development and capture management experience, and strong strategic, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
