Description
GHD is hiring a Sector Capture Manager to lead capture planning and execution across priority pursuits within a sector or group of sectors. The role aligns growth strategy, pipeline management, capture leadership, and executive engagement; supports pursuit selection, forecasting, executive reporting, interview planning, and pre-RFP readiness; and mentors capture managers. It reports to the North America Priority Pursuit Team Leader and requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent relevant experience, plus at least eight years of industry experience in capture, strategy, business development, or related leadership roles.
