Harmattan AI is hiring a Capture Manager to own defense business development and capture strategy across a regional opportunity set. The role develops customer relationships, requirements, win themes, competitive positioning, price-to-win models, and teaming strategies; coordinates with regional relationship owners and HQ; and manages compliance with anti-corruption and export-control rules. Candidates need 8–12+ years of defense business development or capture experience, a regional defense network, strong knowledge of regional procurement, and French, Arabic, and English language skills.
