Description
Red 6 is hiring a Capture Manager to own the full capture lifecycle for assigned Department of Defense pursuits, including pre-proposal shaping, proposals, competitive assessments, win strategies, pricing, and post-award transition. The role partners with business development, engineering, contracts, finance, security, and proposal teams; shapes requirements and R&D opportunities; manages DoD program-office relationships; and maintains capture data in CRM. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of relevant experience including five years of DoD capture and business development activity, familiarity with Shipley capture methodology and DoD acquisition vehicles, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
