Soliel LLC is hiring a remote Capture Manager to lead business development and contract capture for the Department of the Navy. The role manages a pipeline of Navy and Marine Corps opportunities, develops win themes and price-to-win strategies, engages customers and industry partners, identifies subcontractors, and leads gate reviews and bid/no-bid decisions. It requires at least five years of DoD business development and capture management experience, success capturing Navy or Marine Corps contracts, and the ability to win prime contracts valued at $25 million or more. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, while Shipley or equivalent Capture Management certification is preferred. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid holidays, and paid time off.
