Description
Carvana is hiring entry-level Lot Attendants to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at its Market Hubs, inspect arriving inventory, complete multi-point checks, coordinate deliveries, and support customer satisfaction. The role is full-time, requires a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, and pays $16–$17 per hour with performance-based increases. Applicants must be at least 18, able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds, work outdoors in all weather, and pass a background check; visa sponsorship is not available.
