Description
The Granite State Scenic Railroad is hiring a part-time/seasonal tour guide to provide safe and pleasant passenger experiences on its train. The role includes attending safety briefings, verifying train readiness, assisting with passenger loading and unloading, answering customer questions, providing customer service, maintaining safety and operational knowledge, and responding to emergencies with First Aid, CPR, and AED. Candidates need customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, a valid driver’s license, and First Aid/CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain it; the schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays during the fall peak season.
