ConGlobal is hiring a full-time Car Loader/Unloader in Milpitas, California, starting at $27.58 per hour. The role involves safely driving vehicles onto and off railcars, parking them in designated areas, conducting basic inspections, coordinating with team members and supervisors, and following safety procedures. The position requires a valid driver’s license, outdoor work, the ability to lift 40 pounds overhead while standing, and the ability to climb ladders and stairs; manual transmission experience is preferred but not required.
