Splash In ECO Car Wash is hiring a Tunnel Car Wash General Manager to lead operations at its La Plata, Maryland location. The role oversees daily tunnel car wash operations, team leadership and development, membership sales, guest experience, equipment uptime, financial performance, safety, and the use of POS and operational tools. Candidates must have car wash operations experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 2–3 years of combined leadership experience in car wash, retail, hospitality, or service operations; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred. The position pays $64,000–$77,000 annually plus up to a 20% annual bonus and offers benefits eligibility.
