Second Nature Brands is hiring a full-time Caramel Cook for its Sanders Chocolate Factory in Clinton Township, Michigan. The role prepares caramel confections in commercial kettles, handles and transfers warm caramel, cleans equipment, follows recipes and food-safety and manufacturing practices, and supports production-line operations. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced indoor food-manufacturing environment. It offers a Monday-through-Friday 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. schedule, weekday or weekend overtime, $18.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift premium, and a comprehensive benefits package.
