Second Nature Brands is hiring a full-time Caramel Cook for its Sanders Chocolate Factory in Clinton Township, Michigan. The role prepares caramel confections in commercial kettles, handles and transfers warm caramel, cleans equipment, follows recipes and food-safety and manufacturing practices, and supports production-line operations. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 8:30 p.m. to 5 a.m., with weekday or weekend overtime as needed, and pays $18.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift premium. A high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required; the position also requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in an elevated-temperature indoor food-manufacturing environment.
