Bosch is hiring a Carbide Cell Operator at its Lincolnton, North Carolina Conversion, Customizing and Packaging Center. The role operates carbide-cell machinery by loading and unloading machines, fulfilling orders, adjusting machine parameters, inspecting products, troubleshooting equipment, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and meeting product tolerances. Candidates need mechanical and computer knowledge, the ability to use hand tools and measuring devices, read product prints and procedures, perform machining-related math, stand and move for eight hours, lift up to 40 pounds, and hold an accredited high school diploma or GED.
