Jack Henry is hiring a remote Card Services Application Support Analyst to support Symitar Card Services projects and cases such as Online ATM processing, Online Debit, and Shared Branching. The role focuses on consulting with customers, preparing and supporting installations, system setup, troubleshooting card issues, balancing online network transactions, testing network specifications, certification testing, training clients, and coordinating with programmers and internal team members. Candidates must live within about 70 miles of certain office locations and have at least 2 years of experience in the financial or credit union industry, with some travel required.
