Jack Henry is hiring a remote Card Services Application Support Analyst for its Symitar Card Services team to support online ATM processing, debit/card services, and shared branching projects/cases. The role focuses on customer consultation, installation support, system setup, software guidance, troubleshooting, training, documentation, and coordination with programmers and internal teams. Candidates must have at least 2 years of credit union experience, ATM/debit/credit card processing experience, and be able to travel up to 25% to customer locations within a specified radius of several office sites.
