Description
The PRN, day-shift Cardiac Sonographer performs routine diagnostic cardiac ultrasound procedures, including adult, pediatric, stress, and 3D echocardiograms; assists with transesophageal echocardiograms; obtains intravenous access and administers contrast agents; prepares preliminary reports; performs portable tests; and provides patient care and clerical support. The role requires an associate degree, less than one year of relevant experience, and a registered diagnostic cardiac sonographer credential upon hire, along with accredited diagnostic cardiac sonography training.
