NTT DATA is hiring a Cardiology Application Support Engineer for a six-month, 100% remote temporary W2-only role. The position provides Level 2/Level 3 production support for healthcare revenue cycle applications and end users, including troubleshooting incidents and service requests, managing ServiceNow tickets, supporting patient access, billing, claims, payments, and denials, and coordinating with client subject matter experts, vendors, and technical teams. The role requires at least five years of healthcare revenue cycle application support, troubleshooting, ServiceNow, revenue cycle workflow, communication, and on-call experience, with compensation of $45 to $57 per hour.
