Cohere Health is seeking Cardiology and Vascular medical physicians to join their team. This role involves reviewing clinical information, applying evidence-based guidelines, and determining the medical appropriateness of services for Cohere’s Cardiology program. The physician will provide expert input on cardiovascular care content, conduct timely medical reviews, and document decisions in Cohere's workflow tools. They will also engage in peer-to-peer discussions with treating providers to clarify information and explain review outcomes.
