Description

Baptist Health is seeking a Full-Time Cath Lab Tech-EP Lab specialist to join their team in Lexington, KY. This role involves providing diagnostic and imaging services, assisting physicians during electrophysiology procedures, performing arterial/venous sheath removals, and managing complications. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree, hold a certificate as a Radiologic Technologist, possess current ARRT and state licensure, and maintain basic life support and ACLS certifications.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Competent in Atrial and Ventricular Ablation procedures; LAAO Procedures and Lead Extractions.
Assisting physicians during the implantation of permanent pacemakers / ICDs.
Performing digital imaging techniques.
Management of complications such as air emboli, stroke, anaphylaxis reactions, perforations of vessels and cardiac tamponade.
Complies with regulatory guidelines.
Demonstrates professional judgment in performance of services and maintains demeanor complementary to medical ethics.
