Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is hiring a full-time Cardiac Sonographer 1 for its Adult Echo Lab. The role performs cardiac imaging examinations, obtains patient histories and informed consent, explains procedures, answers questions, and assists physicians using department protocols and sterile technique.
