Description
The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Assistant supports credentialed providers with diagnostic, interventional, and therapeutic cardiac and vascular procedures. The role includes preparing and positioning patients, managing arterial and venous access, monitoring hemodynamic activity, administering medications under supervision, maintaining sterile fields and equipment, performing point-of-care tests, providing patient teaching, responding to on-call requests, and assisting with quality assurance and patient transportation.
