The Cards & ATM Specialist supports Bankers Trust’s Cards & ATM team by processing and reconciling ATM, credit, debit, and prepaid card transactions; handling fraud alerts, mobile wallets, tokenization, disputes, account maintenance, and customer support. The role requires 2–3 years of prior bank operations experience or equivalent education, knowledge of payment-processing regulations, strong customer service and analytical skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The hiring salary range is $23.00–$26.00 plus an annual bonus, with group health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
