Description
The Card Operations Manager will oversee Renmoney’s debit and credit card operations, including issuance, personalisation, activation, transaction processing, reconciliation, settlement, fraud controls, disputes, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and customer issue resolution. The role manages operational performance, audit and compliance findings, operational risks, reporting, and stakeholder relationships while driving automation and process improvements. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, 5–7 years of experience in banking, fintech, payments or card operations, and at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
