Care Advocate at Mira Mace

Mira Mace is hiring a remote Care Advocate to provide non-clinical navigation support to Medicare patients after their initial clinical visit. The role helps patients understand care plans, schedule appointments, use Medicare benefits, resolve provider and portal issues, connect to food, housing, and transportation resources, coordinate with clinical teams, and document interactions while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality. It is a 1099 independent contractor position requiring at least 20 hours per week, with an opportunity to work up to 40 hours, and pays $20–$25 per hour.
