TWB in the Halderberge region is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant (Helpende) to provide essential support to clients in their homes. Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily activities such as getting up, going to bed, washing, dressing, and putting on/removing compression stockings. The role involves acting as a liaison for care colleagues, ensuring tasks are completed according to the care plan and within the assistant's expertise. The goal is to enable clients to maintain independence and safety at home for as long as possible.
