Description
Bupa is hiring a full-time Care Assistant for Parkside House Care Home in Reading. The role provides person-centred support to residents, including companionship, personal care, nutrition and hydration assistance, behaviour observation and documentation, and social and recreational activities. The position offers day shifts, pays £13.10 to £14.10 depending on experience, and includes healthcare support, holiday, pension, and other employee benefits. Previous care-home experience or a Health and Social Care qualification is desirable, but the role is not at or above RQF Level 3 and is not eligible for UK Points-Based Immigration sponsorship.
