Bupa is hiring a full-time Care Assistant at Oakcroft House Care Home in West Byfleet, Surrey. The role provides person-centred support for residents, including companionship, personal care, nutrition and hydration, behaviour management, documentation, and social and recreational activities. It offers permanent 12-hour shifts on alternate weekends, with days and nights available, and pays £13.30–£14.30 per hour depending on experience.
