Bupa is hiring a Care Assistant at Aylesham Court Care Home in Leicester. The role provides person-centred support to residents, including companionship, personal care, nutrition and hydration assistance, behaviour observation and documentation, and social and recreational activities. It is available on full-time and part-time permanent contracts, requires flexibility to work Monday through Sunday including alternate weekends, and offers £12.75–£13.75 per hour depending on experience.
