Cera is recruiting part-time and full-time Care Assistants to provide home-based personal care and companionship to clients in Canvey Island, Rayleigh, Benfleet, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include continence support, washing and dressing, medication management, meal preparation, domestic assistance, and emotional support. The role requires a driving licence, access to a vehicle, a DBS check, UK work eligibility, and is restricted to women; no prior experience is required because training is provided.
