Description
Cera is recruiting Care Assistants to support clients in their homes in Butterwick, Bennington Sea End, Sibsey, and surrounding areas. The role provides personal care, continence support, washing and dressing, medication management, meal preparation, domestic assistance, and companionship. Part-time and full-time contracts are available, with flexible shifts and every-other-weekend off; female drivers may be eligible for guaranteed hours. No prior experience is required, but a driving licence and vehicle are preferred. Benefits include a joining bonus, guaranteed hours, holiday pay, pension, training, paid mileage, and additional referral earnings.
