Cera is hiring a Community Carer in Llandudno to support clients in Abergele, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno, and surrounding areas. The role involves visiting people in their own homes and providing personal care, medication assistance, and meal support, while travelling between visits. No prior experience is required, but a driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred. Flexible shifts are available across mornings, days, evenings, and nights, with guaranteed hours after probation subject to availability, paid mileage, and other benefits.
