Cera is hiring a Community Carer to support clients in their own homes across Clackmannanshire and surrounding areas. The role provides personal care, medication assistance, meal support, and travel between visits, with flexible morning, day, evening, and night shifts and every other weekend off. No prior care experience is required, but a driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred. The position offers paid mileage, pension, leave, development pathways, and other employee benefits, and requires UK work eligibility and SSSC registration.
