TWB is hiring a Care Assistant in Roosendaal to support clients receiving home care by helping them perform daily personal care tasks such as getting up and going to bed, washing, dressing, and using compression stockings. The role also involves identifying and reporting changes in clients’ condition and following care plans within the scope of the Care Assistant diploma. Applicants must have a Care Assistant diploma, a passion for home care, and a Certificate of Conduct (VOG), which TWB reimburses. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €2,511 to €3,124 based on a 36-hour workweek, along with annual leave, pension accrual, a year-end bonus, and flexible benefits.
