Home Instead is hiring Care Assistants to support older adults across Cheddar, Winscombe, the Mendip Hills, Midsomer Norton, Radstock, Frome, and surrounding villages. The role provides companionship, emotional support, meal preparation, personal care, medication support, assistance with clinical tasks, outings, appointments, shopping, housekeeping, and help maintaining safety and independence. The position pays £12.85 per hour during the week and £13.50 per hour at weekends, with paid travel time, mileage, training, and other benefits. Candidates must be at least 18, hold a full driving licence, and have access to a vehicle; weekend work is required.
