Home Instead is hiring Care Assistants to support older adults in Wells and surrounding Mendip Hills, Midsomer Norton, Cheddar, Winscombe, Radstock, and Frome. The role provides companionship, emotional support, meal preparation, personal care, medication assistance, dementia and other health-condition support, clinical tasks, outings, appointments, shopping, and light housekeeping. The position pays £12.85 per hour during the week and £13.50 per hour at weekends, with paid travel time, mileage, training, and other benefits. Candidates must be at least 18, hold a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle, and be available for alternate weekend work.
