Home Instead is hiring Care Professionals to provide person-centred, home-based care to older people in York, Scarborough, and Ryedale. The role includes companionship, social interaction, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, appointment support, and personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. No formal qualifications are required, but applicants need a UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, flexibility for weekday and weekend work, and the right to work in the UK. Pay is £13.15 per hour during probation and £13.50 per hour after achieving a care certificate and completing probation, with mileage, holiday, training, and other benefits.
