HUEBER GmbH is hiring a Care Assistant for inpatient facilities in Potsdam and the surrounding area. The role supports nursing specialists, monitors patients’ medication intake, and takes on nursing and care responsibilities within a multidisciplinary team. Candidates need at least 200 hours of basic nursing-care training or one year of training, empathy, respectful teamwork, and good German. The position offers above-tariff pay, an open-ended contract, part-time or minijob options, shift work, vacation and Christmas bonuses, and possible travel-cost allowances.
