Description
The Care Assistant at Mühlenteich provides individualized, person-centered support to residents with severe multiple disabilities, including daily routines, leisure activities, outings, social participation, health-related care, medication administration, appointment accompaniment, and documentation. The role requires a completed qualification in a relevant care or educational profession, or alternatively a completed nursing basic course or one- or two-year training program with an exam, along with experience working with people with disabilities. Compensation is €3,578–€5,190 gross per month plus allowances, with part-time work and shift allowances available.
