Description
The Care Bureau is hiring a full-time Care Assistant to support people in Rugby and surrounding areas in their own homes. The role involves personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, promoting independence, and companionship. No prior experience is required because full training is provided, but applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle. The position pays £12.71–£12.80 per hour and includes flexible shifts, mileage payments, holiday, pension, training, qualifications, DBS checks, and wellbeing support.
