RKN Rhein-Kreis Neuss Care Service is hiring a part-time Care Assistant – Basic Care / Support to provide outpatient basic care in clients’ homes, support their independence, monitor health, coordinate with nursing professionals and family members, plan care measures, and document the care process. The role requires empathy, patience, independent and team-based work, a Class B driver’s license, and German at C1 level. Flexible part-time schedules of 20–30 hours per week are offered, along with collective-bargaining-based remuneration, an occupational pension plan, private accident insurance, training opportunities, and health promotion.
