Zuyderland is hiring a Care Assistant C for its renewed residential care center in Sittard. The role provides professional care, guidance, and support to residents, administers medication, monitors health changes, collaborates with colleagues and families, encourages independence, and contributes to care quality. Candidates need an MBO level 3 Care Assistant C or Individual Care Services diploma, an affinity for elderly care, a positive attitude, and flexibility for changing schedules including early, late, and night shifts. The position offers an immediate permanent contract, the possibility of starting at the Glana care center in Geleen before the December 1, 2026 opening, and a gross hourly salary of €16.86–€22.74 under the CAO Ziekenhuizen.
