Mechropa is hiring a Care Assistant/Nurse for its rehabilitation and nursing center serving 65 to 75 older-adult clients. The role involves independent care, critical review of care processes, collaboration with multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams, handling stress and unpredictability, and working night shifts. Applicants need an MBO level 3 Care Assistant IG diploma or an MBO level 4 Nursing diploma, along with responsibility, creativity, teamwork, and a good sense of humor. Compensation is up to €3,592.96 gross per month for a Care Assistant IG or up to €4,245.84 gross per month for a Nurse, based on 36 hours per week, with additional allowances, pension contributions, holiday allowance, and a year-end bonus.
