De Baton is hiring several Care Assistants (Plus) for its residential care location in The Hague, which serves people with dementia and includes a Closed Recovery Screening unit. The role supports residents with daily care and guidance, contributes to their routines, monitors changes, and coordinates with care assistants, nurses, and care coordinators. Applicants need an MBO Level 2 Care Assistant diploma, a medication module qualification or willingness to obtain one, and an affinity for psychogeriatric, somatic, or challenging-behavior target groups. Compensation is up to €3,410.16 gross per month for a 36-hour workweek under FWG 30, with additional allowances, pension contributions, holiday allowance, year-end bonus, training, and staff-association membership.
