Description
Care Assistant Plus supports residents on somatic wards 3 and 4 in Woerden with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting; administers medication according to protocol; monitors changes in residents’ well-being; and collaborates with colleagues to provide a safe and pleasant ward environment. The role offers an immediate permanent contract for 16 to 36 hours per week, with salary of €2,663–€3,410 based on 36 hours, plus travel expense reimbursement, holiday allowance, year-end bonus, and development support.
